Unless works arrive damaged, all sales are final. All website and Instagram images are selected and color corrected for lighting to show as accurate of a depiction of color as possible but personal phone and monitor settings may slightly alter appearances as viewed online. Feel free to ask for additional photos of any piece prior to purchasing if this is a concern of yours. All works must be inspected upon receipt and Christina Spencer Studio must be notified within 5 days of receipt with any questions regarding. It is of highest priority to provide fine quality artwork and operate with integrity and quality practices so if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you are welcome to email christina@christinaspencerstudio.com with order information and concerns.

Shipping Information

Please review all orders carefully for details prior to submitting. Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. All works by Christina Spencer Studio are carefully and lovingly prepared within 5-7 business days of order and shipped and insured via USPS from Christina’s studio in Charlotte, NC. At this time shipping is only available within the USA through the website. If you are interested in international shipping please email regarding the piece you are interested in for a shipping estimate.

authentication

All works are signed by Christina with a “CS” interlocking initial signature prior to shipping in the bottom right hand corner and are named and dated on the back in pencil. Official certificate of authenticity available upon request.
